MAXSecure is a security feature available across Farpointe’s product lines. MAXSecure integrates a high-security handshake, or code, between card, tag and reader to prevent credential duplication and ensure that your readers will only collect data from your MAXSecure coded credentials.

fleaPower™
fleaPower is Farpointe’s own eco-friendly “green technology” designed to help conserve the environment and reduce energy costs. The way we like to think about it is; would you leave a light bulb on overnight? Readers stay on 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This energy reduction will result in long term energy savings. Also, in emergency situations our fleaPower enabled readers can be powered much longer by back-up batteries.

ValidID™
ValidID is Farpointe’s newest security feature for their 13.56-MHz contactless smartcard technology. Farpointe's contactless smartcards and readers are programmed with a fraudulent data detection system. The reader will scan through the credential’s data in search of discrepancies in the encrypted data; which normally occurs during credential cloning. This new card validation feature is an additional layer of protection to Farpointe's contactless smartcard validation procedure.
